Professor Andy Molinsky: Professor at Brandeis University, author of  "REACH: A New Strategy to Help You Step Outside Your Comfort Zone, Rise to the Challenge, and Build Confidence".

  • Morality
Professor Molinsky talks about how people wanting to bridge the gap and get beyond their comfort zone can do so by using the three C’s: Clarity, Conviction, and Customization.
